Health Checks & services
The free Business Health Check is an opportunity to discuss how your business works and identify useful next steps. An introductory booking is the start of that conversation; the scope of any Health Check or further work is agreed with you.
Requesting a Health Check does not obligate you to buy anything. Custom audits, automation builds, integrations, and ongoing support are separately scoped. Before paid work starts, a separate written agreement will set out the deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, and any cancellation or refund terms.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not by itself create a paid engagement or guarantee that we can accept the project. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the work it covers.
Using the website
Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and business information. Do not:

Any warranties for paid deliverables belong in the separate service agreement.
