Privacy Policy

What information we handle, why we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

Who we are & scope

HyTech A2M8 is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean HyTech A2M8.

This policy covers hytecha2m8.com and www.hytecha2m8.com, related inquiries, and introductory bookings. It does not describe every data flow in a custom automation or client project. Before that work begins, any additional data handling, access, or processing terms will be addressed in the project agreement.

Information we handle

Information you choose to share

When you email us, submit the inquiry form, or book a call, we receive the contact details, scheduling information, messages, and business information you provide. This may include your name, email address, business website, a short description of your business, your team size, the processes you want to improve, and any notes you add to a booking.

The website's inquiry form asks for your name, email, team size and business website (all required), and a short business description and message (optional). When you submit it, the form also sends a referral value taken from a referral link or the page that brought you here. Your submission is sent to our own server and stored there. Please avoid including sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential records in an inquiry.

Information we create from your inquiry

We review each inquiry with a program that runs on our own server. It assigns the inquiry a category (a likely customer, unclear, outside what we do, or spam) and notes whether you have written to us before. When it identifies a likely customer with sufficient confidence, the website automatically offers a private scheduling page. Other inquiries may need a person to review them. If you book a call, we also look at your public website before the call to prepare, and keep a short summary of what the business appears to do. We store that summary with your inquiry.

Information needed to deliver the website

When your browser loads the site, our hosting and font providers receive technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested resource, and request time. Hosting logs may also include the referring page and diagnostic information used to deliver and protect the site.

The interactive keyboard runs in your browser. Its typed text is not sent to us or saved by the website across visits.

How we use information

  • Respond to questions, arrange calls, and discuss a Business Health Check or proposed project.
  • Understand the business need you have described and maintain related correspondence.
  • Sort inquiries so that real requests are answered and unrelated or spam messages are not.
  • Prepare for a booked call by reviewing your public website.
  • Send you a private link to book a call, a reminder, or a follow-up if we missed each other.
  • Deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims when necessary.

Automated sorting and human review. The program offers scheduling automatically when a non-spam inquiry meets our confidence threshold. Inquiries below that threshold, or with conflicting spam signals, are reviewed by a person. Inquiries confidently identified as spam are not offered scheduling; they are stored without a reply and deleted after 14 days. Any email we write in response to your inquiry (a booking link, a follow-up if we missed each other, or a short reply saying we cannot help) is approved by a person before it goes out.

Messages about a booking you made yourself (the confirmation, any reminder, and a cancellation notice) are sent automatically by our booking system and are not reviewed by a person.

The program that sorts inquiries and the program that reviews your website run on our own server. They do not send your information to an outside AI service.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before an agreement, performing an agreement, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure website, or compliance with legal obligations, as applicable. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will request it, and you may withdraw it.

Sharing & service providers

Information reaches the providers needed for the way you interact with us:

  • Vercel: hosts and delivers the website and processes technical requests. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
  • Cloudflare: carries the traffic between the website and our server, so it sees the technical details of your request, including your IP address. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts: supplies the website’s fonts. Your browser connects directly to Google to load them, sending your IP address and request information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google: handles the emails we send you and receive from you, and, if you book a call, the calendar entry and video meeting for it (Google Calendar and Google Meet). Google’s policy linked above describes its own practices.
  • Slack: we receive an internal notification when an inquiry needs human review or processing is delayed. It contains your name, your website address, your team size and the category, if available; it does not contain your email address or your message. We also receive limited alerts about failed email delivery. See Slack’s Privacy Policy.

Your inquiry itself, the review of your website, and the booking system are stored and run on our own server. We do not use an outside AI provider to process them.

We may also disclose relevant information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud and security threats. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable protections can differ by country. Where required by applicable law, international transfers must use appropriate safeguards.

Cookies & tracking

The current website does not use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or other visitor analytics scripts. After you submit an inquiry, it keeps a private status receipt in your browser tab’s session storage so you can refresh the page and resume checking for scheduling. This receipt expires after 24 hours and does not contain your submitted form details. The website’s own code does not set cookies or store form details in browser local storage. Our booking system and hosting providers may use necessary security technologies to deliver and protect their services.

Loading Google Fonts still sends a request to Google even without visitor analytics. If you leave this site for another service, that service’s own cookie and tracking practices apply.

You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser. The website does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal; it does not conduct cross-site advertising tracking. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent controls required by applicable law before enabling it.

Retention & security

Inquiries. Inquiries we categorize as spam are deleted after 14 days; we keep only a count of how many there were. Other inquiries, and the summary we prepare from your public website, are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, and maintain business records. If you become a client, some records may be kept for the engagement and any applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Bookings. If you book a call, the booking system keeps your name, email and notes with the booking, and Google keeps the calendar entry. We remove these on request.

Server logs. Our server keeps short operating logs, including IP addresses, used to prevent abuse. They are capped in size and the oldest entries are discarded automatically, so they are typically kept for days to a few weeks.

Backups. Our server is backed up nightly, and each backup is kept for 14 days. If you ask us to delete your information, it is removed from our live systems right away and from backups as they expire, within 14 days.

You can ask us to delete information we hold. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims; we will explain an applicable limitation when responding. Providers may retain their own operational or security records under their policies.

The public site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us before sending sensitive information so we can agree on an appropriate channel.

Your choices & rights

You can browse without making an inquiry, choose what to include in a message, and ask us to stop following up. To ask about your information or request access, correction, a copy, or deletion, email hytecha2m8@gmail.com.

To ask us to delete your inquiry, email hytecha2m8@gmail.com from the address you used. We delete the inquiry, our website summary of your business, and any booking we hold for that address, and remove it from our records.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive information in a portable format, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfill it. You may contact us again to seek review of a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

Our website and business services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.

Policy updates

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date at the top. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or contact affected people where appropriate. Any consent required for a new use will be requested separately.
